Check in information Prices and availability Your enquiry will be taken at Foss Street Gallery. The gallery is open from 10am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am – 5pm on Sunday, If you can call between these times your booking can be confirmed immediately. (Outside of these times, you will be diverted to a mobile phone, we can take your details, but will be unable to advise on availability or prices). To make a booking you will need to pay a deposit of the first night’s room price. This payment can be taken by card, over the phone. If your booking is more than 5 days away, we will post your receipt with a confirmation of booking letter to you within 24 hours. For bookings within 5 days, all paperwork will remain at the gallery, ready for collection on your arrival. We can email confirmation letters on request. Cancellation policy ... Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made 7 clear days before the date of your arrival, we can return the full amount minus a £10.00 admin fee for each night you have reserved. If your cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check in date, no monies can be returned.
