Do do...Privacy - All our rooms are accessed externally, so unlike other B&B’s you don’t need to walk through someone’s house to get to your room.
Do do...A Comfy Bed – All our beds offer the latest in Memory Foam mattress technology ensuring that you enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. For more on the benefits of memory foam, just put 'Memory Foam' into Google!
Or just trust us, they are great beds.
Do do...Linen and towels - you can expect crisp white cotton linen and fresh clean towels in all our rooms
Do do...A Decent Shower – We’ve installed high quality thermostatic pressure showers in every room. We’ve also backed these up with a quality boiler and a massive mega flow system assuring you get plenty of hot water whenever you want it.

Don't do... Complimentary Soaps To keep the price you your room down, we’ve cut out some of the frills. Hotel soaps are rarely that great and with the saving you make on the price of the room, you can splash out on some really nice soapy treats…
Don't do... Hair Dryers… sorry!
Don't do... Ironing or Washing facilities …Although there is a laundrette just at the bottom of the street. We’re hoping this isn’t high on your priority list!
Don't do... Ashtrays … We are a No Smoking establishment throughout. No Joke.
Don't do...Dog Houses… As much as we love them, sorry no pets.
And of course...Don't do... Breakfast!
