We've tried to cover common queries on this page. Our systems are really simple, so this may seem a bit "over egged" ... but it's nice to have a page you can refer if you're unsure of anything. Of course you can always call us if you prefer!

Your enquiry will be taken at our office at Foss Street. Outside of our office opening times your call will be diverted to a mobile (at no cost to you), We're a small team, so occasionally we may not have all diaries with us, we can take your details and call you back asap!
To reserve accommodation you will be required to pay a deposit. This will be the full price of the first night’s room. This payment can be taken by card, over the phone. If your booking is more than 5 days away, we will post your receipt with a confirmation of booking letter to you within 24 hours. For bookings within 5 days, all paperwork will remain at the office, ready for collection on your arrival. We can email confirmation letters on request.
Your confirmation brochure or email will contain everything you need to know to access and enjoy your room. Please check all details are correct and call us immediatly should you notice any errors.
Rooms are avilable from 2pm on the date of check in.
Check out is 10am.
Extended check outs can be arranged subject to availability
Please remember to leave your key in the room or in a "drop Box". There is no need to visit the office before you leave if you don’t want to. However if you wish to extend your stay please ensure you have been to the Gallery before 10.30am the next morning.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made 10 clear days before the date of your arrival, we can return the full amount minus a £10.00 admin fee for each night you have reserved. If your cancellation is made less than 10 days before the check in date, no monies can be returned.

The Just B office (we're over selling it... office come broom cupboard! ) is open:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: from 10am – 1pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am – 12noon
These times are a bit flexible, so again, best to just call!
If you have managed to take a room key home with you, please call us as soon as you realise - stops us searching for it!
