Our office / broom cupboard is at 17 Foss Street. Our opening hours vary a little, but one of our team will be around the office from 10am - 1pm. We are a small team so if we are not there, we are not far away! we are ALWAYS on the phone so if you need anything...

We do not provide: complimentary soaps or washing services. There are communal hair dryers and ironing facilities at each property. We are a no smoking establishment and as much as we love them, we do not allow pets.

Settling your balance
We will have taken your first night’s stay as a deposit, which means if you are staying for more than one night you will have an outstanding balance to pay. Please pop into the office between 10am - 1pm where you can pay your balance by cash or cheque. If you are unable to get to the office, please call us within normal office hours to arrange payment by phone - 01803 834311.
We ask that all guests check out by 10am.
Please remember to leave your key in your room.
There is no need to visit the office before you leave if you don’t want to. However if you wish to extend your stay please ensure you have been or phoned or contacted us before 10.30am the next morning.
