Directions to Dartmouth from the North
From the M5 join the A38, in the direction of Plymouth.
Leave the A38 at the junction sign posted Totnes on the A384.
Once you reach Totnes follow signs for Dartmouth.
See Red markings on map above: On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead, continue down the hill with the Naval College to your left. You will enter a one way system around Dartmouth taking you along the river front. Take the first right at the inner harbour, then left just after the Castle Hotel Dartmouth...continue direction to your property location.
Directions to St Elmo Cottage
After turning left after the Royal Castle Hotel Dartmouth, take the second left hand turn (M&Co on corner).
On the first bend, to the left, you’ll see the pathway of steps leading up to St Elmo Cottage.

Directions to 17 Foss Street
After turning left after the Royal Castle Hotel Dartmouth, take the second right hand turn (Market house pub on the corner) at the top of the road, turn right. You will see the top of Foss Street on your right. Second building on the right of Foss Street is Seventeen House. Please note no vehicular access between 10am - 4pm.

Directions to Zion Place
Follow directions to 17 Foss Street as your key will be in the safe box at this location. Once you have got your key, Zion Place is literally round the corner. Carry on up Broadstone road in front of you, the Frying Pan fish and chip shop will be on your left. Zion Place is the dark blue tiled building on the corner of the first left you will come to.
