From Totnes - On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead. Straight over roundabout past Park & Ride, continue down the hill. Straight over mini roundabout. Straight down the hill with the Naval College to your left. You will enter a one way system around Dartmouth taking you along the river front. Take the first right at the inner harbour, then left after passing the Royal Castle Hotel Dartmouth, followed by the second right, leaving Market House Pub on right corner, Past The Dolphin Pub and just before the junction Millpool House is on your right (cream with wonky black balcony)

You can pull in between the parked cars in Market Car park.. if there is a space available here do park in it! (but do read our notes on car parking still as market days require all cars to be removed from the market area) You can enter Millpool House, locate your room, collect your key and drop your luggage off. Please do not be more than 5 -10 minutes as you will be blocking other cars in.
Please review our guide to parking in Dartmouth Town centre. If you are staying in and around Dartmouth town durring your stay, everywhere is walkable and you really don't need your car, in this case please, please use Dartmouth Park and ride.
At Just B we don't really have an office / Reception area, however we are only a phone call away and are happy to help with anything you may require. There are comprehensive booklets in your accommodation which answer the most frequently asked questions so this is a good place to start with any queries you may have, however if you can't find what you need, please just give us a call - 01803 834311
Please check over your room and make sure you are happy with eveything. If you spot anything missing or you are unhappy with anything, please,please do give us a call and we'll pop down and we will do our upmost to fix it
Please check email communications. Usually balances are automatically deducted from the card on which you used to pay your deposit. If for whatever reason there is a balance owing as owing, please contact us on 01803 834311 and we can arrange settlement.
