This room (apartment really) is our most spacious accommodation with real oak floors and under floor heating. You'll enter the large living area (shown below) three chunky leather sofas; a small dinning table; and a bunk bed, which has a full double sized bed underneath and a single bed on top.

Double doors lead to a separate bedroom with a leather double bed and Memory Foam mattress. The bathroom (well shower room!) offers a great little high pressure shower and all usual facilities. There is a mini kitchen area, with sink, fridge and few basic utensils to get you off the ground. Although be warned...it is NOT a full kitchen, so don't expect to be able to make elaberate bankquits. You can however stock cereal and milk and heat an M&S; meal. Guests staying in Room 4 are invited to make use of the patio garden however usage is not exclusive to this room.
