Modern Amtico flooring in yacht deck style runs through the entire flat and gives a warm loosely seaside feel. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave and all basic utensils, cutlery and crockery. The living room includes comfortable seating, an aeroplane wing coffee table and a Large 40” flat screen TV as well as a small dining table perfect for 2. The bedroom has a standard sized double which is complete with linen and towels provided. The bathroom is spacious with a double sized shower and plenty of hot water. The building was reconstructed in 2015 and offers modern full spec insulation and glazing to ensure the summers are cool and winters warm and toasty! We are sure you will enjoy your stay here!
