Directions:

 

On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead. Straight over roundabout past Park & Ride, continue down the hill. Straight over mini roundabout. Straight down the hill with the Naval College to your left. You will enter a one way system around Dartmouth taking you along the river front. Take the first right at the inner harbor, then left after passing the Royal Castle Hotel Dartmouth, followed by the second left hand turn (M&Co clothing store on corner). On the bend, to the left, you will see a little black gate and the pathway of steps leading up to St Elmo Cottage.

 

Please ensure you have your 3 digit Code (which ends with a Ô#Õ) included in your ÒWelcome - Account statement / confirmationÓ email.

BAGGAGE DROP OFF: At Each property there is limited space to pull in and unload your luggage before parking. Please ensure that you do not block traffic! It literally is an un load facility only! Also please do not park in anywhere privately owned.

 

PARKING IN DARTMOUTH: We do not offer any private car parking with our rooms. There is on street parking at various locations close to each of the rooms:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FREE car parking Areas:

GREEN ___These are totally free and totally unrestricted parking areas!

YELLOW ___  Free an unrestricted except for market days on Tuesday and

Friday (No parking 6am - 4pm)

BLUE _____ Free2 hour parking (May - Sept) Winter- free & unrestricted

BLACK ______ Free 1 hour parking

RED ______ Pay and Display main town car park.

 

Pay and Display car parking:

Mayors Avenue is a Pay and display parking area - Between March and October there is a maximum 4 hours stay between the hours of 8am - 6pm. 4 hours in the day is £5.20 and £2.00 overnight.

Park and Ride IS BEST: (seriously, in summer, donÕt mess about trying to park in town. The Park and ride is a good service and you donÕt have to think about your car at all!) 24 hour parking cost £5.20 tickets can be bought at the machine or via the Ringo service - CALL 01822 670673 Location 3480 You can purchase multiple day tickets at the machine and line them up in your windscreen if you need more than one day.

 

Busses run from April - October:

¥    Monday - Saturday: Every 10 minutes from 8:00 - 19:00

¥    Sundays: Every 20 minutes from 9:30 - 19:00

Outside of these times you can use your ticket to use the normal service busses

OUR OFFICE / kind of reception of sorts ? Our office/broom cupboard! is at 17 Foss Street, our opening hours are a little on the flexible side.  In summer weÕll usually be there around 10am - 12noon ish however If you need to speak to us please call us:

01803 834311 and we  will arrange to meet you.

 

SETTLING YOUR BALANCE: We will have taken your first nightÕs stay as a

Deposit.  In most cases we will have your card details held securely and your card will be charged on the day of arrival for any outstanding balance.  If itÕs any different to this, weÕll call you!

 

 

Please note: We do not provide: complimentary shower soaps.

We do provide communal hairdryers and ironing facilities at each property. We are a no smoking establishment and as much as we love them, we do not allow pets.

 

CHECK OUT We ask that all guests check out by 10am.

Please remember to leave your key in your room.

There is no need to visit the office before you leave if you donÕt want to.

However if you wish to extend your stay please ensure you have been or phoned or contacted us before 10.30 am the next morning.

 

JUST B CANCELATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made 14 clear days before the date of your arrival we can return the full deposit minus an admin fee of £10.00 per reserved night. If your cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance no monies can be returned.
