All Just B reservations will require the first night to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking. If you book via third party websites ie Airbnb or booking.com deposits may be higher. If you need to cancel your reseervation, please give 7 or more days notice for a FULL REFUND - no quibble!

If you need to cancel with less than 7 days notice you will loose your first night's deposit payment. If you cancel 48 hours or less you will be liable for the full balance of your stay.

We reserve the right to change your room. Should this be necessary (It nearly never happens) We will only ever move you to a room of the same grade or upgrade you free of charge

All rooms are priced on 2 persons sharing a double bed with an additional charge of £10 extra per guest per night. If you have reserved an apartment and would like additional guests after your reservation has been made, please call us - 07973 452669. If additional guests have been staying on the premise and we have not been informed we reserve the right to charge £30.00 per guest per night.

We understand that these are uncertain times and plans may be likely to change. If you need to cancel or amend your reservation please call us or contact us as soon as you know.

• If you can notify us 7 days or more in advance we can refund your first night's desposit in full or move your reservation to another date. NO QUIBBLE!
• If less than 7 days, we are happy to hold your deposit in order that you can rebook for future dates subject to availability.
• In the event of cancellation inside of 48 hours pior to check in or in the event of a no show or a reduction in the booking (after the arrival date) the full cost of the entire reservation will be charged

• Any damages must be paid for. Either the cost of repair or the cost of replacement.
• Lost keys will be charged at £10
• Keys taken home by acccident should be posted back as soon as possible - POST TO:

At Just B we have 1 dog friendly apartment for 2020 - Apartment 8 at Zion Place and in this accommodation only, we welcome your dog to stay and hope that they enjoy Dartmouth as much as you do!

We do however have a few ground rules, which are in place for good reason:

• Please ensure your dog is up to date on flea treatments prior to arrival.
• Please bring a sleeping basket for your dog ideally in a crate.
• Whilst at the accommodation, please keep your dog off the furniture. Bare in mind that the next guests may not have pets and will appreciate you keeping your dog on the floor.
• Do not leave your dog alone in the room. This is very serious and should we find that your dog is alone in the room, we will have no choice but to vacate you without refund. No exceptions.
• Noise - we expect you to keep your dog under control on the premise at all times. If your dog creates exceptional noise we do reserve the right to ask them to leave.

Dogs are generally very welcome in Dartmouth and most of the pubs will allow dogs. There are of course great walks around the area and a lovely park by the higher ferry, so we’re sure your dog will have a great time!

As is always the case, please always pick up after your dog
