Love for the Old School..Ahh when things were simpler

On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead. Straight over roundabout past Park & Ride, continue down the hill. Straight over mini roundabout. After the mini roundablout take the 3rd turn on your right (ther is a designated middle lane to turn) into Townstal Road. Continue down townstal road, past the cross road junction. There are 4 narrow right turns (some lanes, some private driveways) the 5th right turn Higher Broad Park and is much wider - Skerries bank is the first house on the left. Please park on the drive, paying attention to the white dividing line and allowing for a second car to park.

Parking

Please ensure you park parralell to the wooden fence with the entrance gate. There is a white line allocating each of the TWO spaces on the drive. Its doesn't matter which side you park as long as you allow for a second car. From here you can walk into Dartmouth Town centre in around 10 - 15 mins and its all down hill!

At Just B we no longer have an office / Reception area, however we are only a phone call away and are happy to help with anything you may require. There is a comprehensive booklet in your apartment which answers the most frequently asked questions so this is a good place to start with any queries you may have, however if you can't find what you need, please just give us a call - 01803 834311

Check your accommodation

Please check over your room and make sure you are happy with eveything. If you spot anything missing or you are unhappy with anything, please, please do give us a call and we'll pop down and do our upmost to fix it

Paying your balance

Please check the account statement contained in your check in envelope. Usually balances are automatically deducted from the card on which you used to pay your deposit. If for whatever reason there is a balance showing as owing, please contact us on 01803 834311 and we can arrange settlement.

Please note there is 2% surcharge on all credit cards if you have booked through a thrid party website ie booking.com
