Room 3

Enjoy almost as much for less! Room 3 is a lovely room and a great alternative to a traditional ‘bed and breakfast’ in Dartmouth. This is not our largest room, but that will always be reflected in the price. The bedroom is simply furnished with good quality solid oak furniture, a genuine leather bound double bed and nautical inspired feature wall. The bay window has a view over Dartmouth's Market Square and from here you can discover Dartmouth in just a few minutes walk. This room has a small en suite shower room, with small sink and toilet.. all perfectly adequate, however if you are someone who enjoys spacious bathing this room may not be for you!
All accommodation at St Elmo Cottage is accessed from Lake Street. There are 12 steps leading up to the property, (similar to an average staircase leading to a first floor). Room 3 is located on the first floor of the property, which is accessed by an external spiral staircase, which leads to a balcony overlooking the roof tops of Dartmouth. Your own private front door is accessed from the hall off this balcony.
As with all our Just B accommodation in Dartmouth this room is Room Only and offers Bed no Breakfast in Dartmouth. Enjoy the freedom of having your breatfast at any one of Dartmouth's great Breakfast cafes - there's lots to choose from.
