The kitchen is well equipped and has a good sized dining table to comfortably seat 4 persons. An antique pine door leads through to the separate double bedroom with en suite shower room

Located within Dartmouth's central valley, Skerries Bank is around a 10 minute walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The walk into town enjoys some great view spots on the way down including Browns Hill steps which arrive at the top of Foss Street.
