Just B Service style

Our service style is a little different to other accommodation establishments. We are always available to you at the end of the phone but there's a good chance you may not meet us face to face. Ore systems are designed that you can arrive, check in, stay and check out with the same level of 'self service' and simplicity that was used to book your room in the first instance. Lots of people appreciate the ease and freedom this offers, but we understand it requires a degree of common sence.

We can't stress it enough, if you have any queries or questions, we are only at the end of the phone, just give us a buzz!

Just B Booking terms

Please Book Direct. Through our own website or via phone. Booking channels charge us commission and this only forces up the overall price of accommodation.

All Just B reservations will require the first night to be paid as a deposit the following payment types are accepted:

Visa debit / Delta / Maestro / switch : All NO CHARGE
Visa Credit / Mastercard : a charge of 2% will be added

We reserve the right to change your room. Should this be necessary (It nearly never happens) We will only ever move you to a room of the same grade or upgrade you free of charge

All rooms are priced on 2 persons sharing with an additional charge of £15 extra per guest per night. If you have reserved a Studio room and would like additional guests after your reservation has been made, please call us - 01803834311. If additional guests have been staying on the premise and we have not been informed we reserve the right to charge £30.00 per guest per night.

If you can notify us 14 days or more in advance we can refund your first night's desposit in full, minus £10 per room booked. (The £10 covers the cost of our time, admin and refund card charges).
If less than 14 days, unfortunatly you will loose your first night's desposit
In the event of a no show or a reduction in the booking (after the arrival date) No refunds will be issued and the full cost of the stay will be charged
