Private deck, en suite separate bath and shower, beautiful studio.. might be our favourite?

Studio 7, located on the first floor at Seventeen House is a great litle mini apartment. A private decked patio, large ensuite with corner bath and separate shower and room for up to 4 persons (1 double and 2 singles) this is ideal for familes or for a couple who just enjoy a little more space. On entering the room you walk into the (basic) kitchen / dining / lounge area which has a wall mounted TV and large sofa which is also the first single bed made up with large cushions. Through a dividing door the main bedroom area is light and airy and accommodates the second single bed. The large double patio doors lead out onto the small decked private patio. This is one of our most popular rooms, so if you fancy staying here, book early!

As with all our Just B accommodation in Dartmouth this room is Room Only and offers Bed no Breakfast in Dartmouth. Enjoy the freedom of having your breakfast at any one of Dartmouth's great Breakfast cafes - there's lots to choose from. Most importantly you can enjoy breakfast wherever and at whatever time you like!
