Situated in the heart of Dartmouth, St Elmo Cottage is a handsome detached (a rare thing in the centre of Dartmouth!) property located just off Victoria Road, on Lake Street. The house was built in 1898, and has been thoroughly renovated and modernized throughout. The external Victorian spiral staircase leads to 3 double bedrooms - Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3 all with en suites. The ground flooor is occupied by +Studio 4, our largest +Studio accommodation which can sleep up to 5 persons. As with all Just B +Studio rooms this has self-catering facilities giving you the freedom to be able to cook or make snacks during your stay.

St Elmo’s location set back slightly from the busy roads, means that you can enjoy the patio garden or balcony areas in peace, while having the luxury of Dartmouth on your doorstep. The tucked away little gate with 12 private steps leading up to the property give this town centre location a feeling of privacy and security. A little retreat in the heart of the town centre and just a 2 minute walk from most of the town’s restaurants, shops and river front.
