Acessed through large patio doors +Studio 10 offers and open plan living room with 32" LCD TV and sofa bed to make up the additional double bed. The Kitchen is well equipped and has a good sized dining table to comfortably seat 4 persons. An antique pine door leads through to the separate double bedroom with en suite shower room.

+Studio 10 includes a private parking space which is next to the wooden fence leading through to the shared garden and deck area. From here there are 10 steps leading down to +Studio 10's own private decked balcony area. From here you can enter the large patio doors into your accommodation.

As with all our Just B accommodation in Dartmouth this room is Room Only and offers Bed no Breakfast in Dartmouth. Enjoy the freedom of having your breakfast at any one of Dartmouth's great Breakfast cafes - there's lots to choose from. Most importantly you can enjoy breakfast wherever and at whatever time you like!
