Room 1 is our larger Standard Double bedroom. It has the luxury of its own private balcony and is a little bigger than the other Double rooms at St Elmo Cottage. The solid oak bed dominates the room complimented with oak bedside tables. Warm reds and classic check curtains with black out lining give this room an instantly 'at home' feeling. This room offers an ensuite shower room, not massive but large enough to offer everything you'll need. This is one of our most popular rooms so book early if you can!

All accommodation at St Elmo Cottage is accessed from Lake Street. There are 12 steps leading up to the property, (similar to an average staircase leading to a first floor). Room 1 is located on the first floor of the propery which is accessed by an external spiral staircase, which leads to a balcony overlooking the roof tops of Dartmouth. Your own private front door is accessed from this balcony.

As with all our Just B accommodation in Dartmouth this room is Room Only and offers Bed no Breakfast in Dartmouth. Enjoy the freedom of having your breatfast at any one of Dartmouth's great Breakfast cafes - there's lots to choose from. Most importantly you can enjoy breakfast wherever and at whatever time you like!
