Love for the Old School..Ahh when things were simpler

On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead. Straight over roundabout past Park & Ride, continue down the hill. Straight over mini roundabout. Straight down the hill with the Naval College to your left. You will enter a one way system around Dartmouth taking you along the river front. Take the first right at the inner harbour, then left after passing the Royal Castle Hotel Dartmouth, followed by the second left hand turn (M&Co clothing store on corner). On the bend, to the left, you will see a little black gate and the pathway of steps leading up to St Elmo Cottage.

Luggage drop off

Ok, you've got your key, you've had a quick look at your lovely accommodation, lets get you settled in!

Lake Street is a fairly quiet street, so you will be ok to pause in the road in order to unload your luggage and drop it in your room. Please don't block the road for any longer than you need to. There are 3 free and unrestricted parking spaces, tight to the red brick wall, if any of these are available, you may park here. Please do not park in the car port.

Parking

There is limited parking in Dartmouth Town centre. If you are staying in and around Dartmouth, everywhere is walkable and you really don't need your car, in this case please, please use Dartmouth Park and ride

Ok, you've got your key, you've had a quick look at your lovely accommodation, lets get you settled in!

- Totally Free, totally unrestricted
Yellow - Totally Free, Unrestricted except for market days - No parking on Tuesday and Friday - 6am - 4pm
Blue - Free - 2 hours maximum between 9AM - 6PM. Free over night
Red - Paid town Car parking 8AM - 6pm, max 4 hours (£5.20) Free over night

The Just B Office

Ok "office" is an overly glamourous term for what we have, Broom cupboard, but location is everything! We open the office in the mornings from around 10am, however we don't have strict times. We are a small team and always busy, so if we're not there, we won't be far away. Please call if you need anything!

Paying your balance

If you have paid your deposit by card, we have your card details securely stored and will automatically charge your card for any outstanding balance. On booking your room you will have paid the first night as a deposit. Any balance payment will be taken one day prior to or on the day of arrival. Included in your check in envelope will be an updated account statment showing NIL owing. If you have paid by any other method and you have a balance outstanding please call us 01803 834311
